
Melissa Duscharm PT HBSc Kin, MSc, MScPT
Melissa is a graduate of Queen’s University with a Master of Science in Physical Therapy (MScPT). Before this she completed a Master of Science in Anatomy (MSc) at Queen’s University and an Honors Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology (HBSc Kin) at McMaster University. Through her time at Queen’s University she has published research in the topics of ACL reconstruction surgery and on the self-management of chronic pain. Her involvement in physical rehabilitation began at McMaster where she volunteered as a student therapist for varsity athletic teams. Since then she has worked at Mount Sinai Hospital, the Concussion Centre at Holland Bloorview Kids Rehabilitation Hospital, as well as at various private physiotherapy clinics in a variety of capacities. She enjoys treating orthopaedic injuries and individuals of all ages.
